• 1 lb of green beans, washer & trimmed green beans
  • 1.5 lbs of baby potatoes, halved 
  • 2-3 lbs of chicken breast 
  • Salt, to taste
  • Rub of choice, to taste. (our favorite is 525 RUB from Margo Salts & Crafts (found locally at Zionsville Farmers Market)


  • Preheat oven to 425°F
  • Trim & wash your green beans 
  • Halve your potato’s 
  • Melt 4 tbsp of butter & set aside 
  • Cube chicken breast into bite sized pieces & set aside
  • Spread green beans & potatoes in sheet pan & pour butter over them & toss to coat evenly, move to one side of the pan
  • Place the chicken on the other side of the pan, salt to taste
  • Sprinkle rub over everything, rub isn’t just for meat, elevate those veggies! 
  • Place in oven for 20-25 minutes until thoroughly cooked 
  • Remove and let cool for a few minutes 
  • Serve and enjoy!
