Maple Syrup & Rosemary Marinade
Ingredients
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 shallot, diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- Juice of half a lemon
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste, we use Redmond’s Real Salt
- *additional ¼ cup maple syrup to brush over chicken while it is cooking*
Instructions
- Whisk all the ingredients together in a container of your choosing.
- Take your choice of chicken cuts, put them in a zip-lock bag and pour the marinade mixture over the chicken.
- Let sit in the fridge for AT LEAST 4 hours, ideally overnight.
- Pop your chicken on the grill or into the oven, periodically brushing some maple syrup over it.
- Once you have cooked your chicken to your liking, serve and enjoy!
