INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 package of KSP chicken breast (2 chicken breast)
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg 
  • Bacon grease, optional 
  • Seasonings of choice, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, oregano 

DIRECTIONS 

-cook your chicken breast. I used the instapot but you could use the oven or grill as well just make sure your chicken is cooked through. 

-shred the chicken, I did this by taking it straight out of the instapot and right into my kitchen aid with the paddle attachment.

-preheat oven to 400°F

-combine Parmesan cheese, egg and seasoning with shredded chicken 

-Put a piece of parchment paper in your pizza tray or cooking sheet, pour chicken mixture on tray. Place another sheet of parchment paper over it and flatten it out as thinly as you can.

-if you have it, drizzle some bacon grease all over the chicken mixture to help it stay moist & crisp evenly 

- place in oven and bake for 20 minutes 

-remove from oven and you have the perfect low carb, high protein crust to build your pizza upon

-to finish your pizza, take your toppings of choice and put it back in the oven until the cheese is melted to your liking. About 10-15 minutes.
