INGREDIENTS

3.5 to 4.5 lbs of chicken wings (our pasture raised chicken wing packages are around this range!)

Fermented Hot Honey *a week before making your wings, slice up a handful of hot peppers. Can be any kind of pepper you like, all jalapeño or add cayenne or habaneros for an extra kick! Place in a mason jar and cover in local honey and cover with a lid . Let sit on the counter, burp and rotate daily for a week and you’re set to go! *
DIRECTIONS
-Turn the Airfryer to 400° F.
-Add half of the wings to the Air Fryer and cook for 10 minutes each side.
-Remove from the Airfryer and cook the remaining wings the same way.
-Place wings in a bowl and cover with your fermented hot honey. Toss or use tongs to coat evenly
-Place wings back into airfryer at 400° for 3-5 minutes until desired crispness
-Serve and enjoy!
