INGREDIENTS 

-2 peaches,sliced

-handful of fresh basil 

-shredded gouda cheese

-ball of mozzarella cheese, sliced thick

-balsamic glaze, to make glaze take a cup of balsamic vinegar in a pot and simmer until thick, stirring often. 

 

DIRECTIONS 

-once your crust is out of the oven sprinkle it with a layer of cheese.

- place your slices of peaches around the crust, followed by basil leaves and slices of mozzarella 

-place the pizza back in the oven at 400°F for about 10-15 minutes or until cheese has melted 

-remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze, top with more fresh basil and enjoy!
