At Checkout simply choose any date, it does not matter what date. Delivery customers must provide address.
Custom butchering offers a wide range of options tailored to your families needs. Thick cut bone-in chops, salt pepper sage brats, delicious smoked bacon. The options are endless!
HOW IT WORKS
I. KSP collects a non-refundable deposit of:
-$200/Whole $150/Half
-This reserves your Half or Whole forest raised pig and pays down your total balance.
2. You review the cut selection sheet and submit to our butcher.
-If you have any questions about selecting cuts don't hesitate to call/text us at 662-546-0698 or email at kellsquirespastures@gmail.com.

3. Pay the remainder of your balance to KSP.
-After we transport the pigs to the butcher on October 8th, 2026 and determine the live weight you'll receive an invoice through email for the balance on your pig.
4. Once KSP receives payment and a call that your pig is ready we will notify you that your hog is out for delivery.
Someone must be home to receive delivery.

Packaged cuts come fully frozen in plastic bags.
(Whole hogs will yield approximately 150lbs of product, half/75 lbs. Whole hog: $5.45/lb hanging weight, Half hog: $5.95/lb hanging weight. Estimated total cost $1400/whole, $750/half
