How to Place Your Order in 4 Steps
We're making it easier than ever to reserve your order, select your custom cuts, and stock your freezer with our delicious forest-raised pork.

Step 1
Reserve Your Half or Whole Hog
Click the button below to reserve your half or whole hog with a non-refundable deposit.
We'll then reach out to you directly to confirm your order and get the process started.*
- Half Hog Deposit: $150
- Whole Hog Deposit: $200
*Please note that deposits are non-refundable and will be applied directly to your final balance.

Step 2
Choose Your Cuts
Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll work directly with our butcher, Tier One Meat Co., to choose your custom cuts.
Click the button to view the cut sheet, then submit your selections by either using their online portal or by calling them:

Step 3
Receive Your Invoice
Once we know the final hanging weight of your pig, we'll send you an invoice with your remaining balance.

Step 4
Final Payment & Receiving Your Order
When your order is ready, you'll pay our butcher directly for any additional butchery services such as custom cut selections. We then encourage you to pick up your order directly from our butcher to confirm your cuts.
Once your order leaves the butcher, Kell Squires Pastures is not liable for missing or incorrect cuts.

Pricing & Yield
We strive to be as transparent as possible because we know that purchasing in bulk is a big decision!
Below is a breakdown of our pricing and the yield you can expect when ordering. Your total cost includes your deposit, the cost of the hog, and any butchery fees.
A Half Hog is approximately 70 lbs of product with an estimated final cost of $500 - $600.
A Whole Hog is approximately 140 lbs of product with an estimated final cost of $1,000 - $1,200.
Orders average about $7.14-8.57/lb.

Custom Butchery
Our butcher, Tier One Meat Co., is happy to guide you through the custom butchery process so you to have the exact cuts you need to fill your freezer.
From classic primal cuts to getting your pork smoked, linked, and cured, they're a valuable resource and are available to answer any questions you have about their cut sheet or custom pricing.
All orders are state inspected*, custom-cut, and vacuum-sealed to ensure a high-quality product that is prepared just for you.

Pickup & Delivery
We encourage our customers to pick up their orders directly from Tier One Meat Co. to confirm their cuts.
Once your order leaves Tier One Meat Co., Kell Squires Pastures isn't liable for missing or incorrect cuts.
