Pan Roasted Green Beans, Potatoes & Chicken + Your Favorite Rub

Sheet pan meals are a busy family’s best friend, and this version is as wholesome as it gets. By using our pasture-raised chicken breast and your favorite local rub, you can turn basic pantry staples into a flavorful, high-quality feast with almost zero cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 2–3 lbs Kell Squires Pastures Chicken Breast, cubed
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, washed and trimmed
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • Salt, to taste
  • Rub of choice, to taste*

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and melt your butter in a small bowl.
  2. Prep your ingredients by trimming the green beans, halving the potatoes, and cubing the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Arrange the vegetables on one side of a large sheet pan, pour the melted butter over them, and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Add the chicken to the other side of the pan and season everything liberally with salt and your favorite rub.
  5. Roast for 20–25 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the potatoes are fork-tender.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve!
