AIRFRYER HOT HONEY GLAZED WINGS

This is a fun and simple recipe that really lets the quality of our pasture-raised chicken shine. The combination of sweet, local honey with a fiery kick is the perfect way to transform our delicious wings into a memorable meal that's a definite crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

  • KSP Chicken Wings (3.5 to 4.5 lbs, or 2 packs)
  • Fermented Hot Honey* (see note below)

*How to make your own Fermented Hot Honey:

  1. About a week before you plan to make your wings, slice a handful of your favorite hot peppers (jalapeño, cayenne, or habanero for a kick!).
  2. Place them in a mason jar, cover with local honey, and seal with a lid.
  3. Let it sit on the counter, burping and rotating daily.

Directions

  1. Set your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Add half of the wings to the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the first batch of wings and cook the remaining wings the same way.
  4. Place the cooked wings in a bowl and pour your fermented hot honey over them. Toss or use tongs to coat evenly.
  5. Return the wings to the air fryer at 400°F for 3-5 minutes, or until you achieve your desired crispness.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
